Yotaro Ramen business concept
As Japanese food culture, ramen, sushi, shabushabu, sukiyaki and tempura are widely recognized. Ramen has specially shifted variously in time and the ramen era is soon about to reach the United States following the sushi boom. It seems like a matter of time until ramen becomes known as Ramen as opposed to just Japanese noodles.
The ramen broth has four basic flavors of soy sauce, miso, salt and pork bone. The toppings for each flavor have been created along with the broth through years and years of trial and error. The soy sauce broth can be prepared not only through mixing hot water and soy sauce but also through a complicated process of mixing pork bone, chicken, seafood and fruit to complete it. Making miso broth also requires a time-consuming process of mixing white and red miso, and broiling or cooking the miso with fruit and vegetables. The salt broth uses very carefully selected salt and seafood. The pork bone broth takes a good deal of effort and time. Pork bones and vegetables are cooked for more than 14 hours. As you can see, the Japanese ramen soup involves a combination of various ingredients, skills and time. Being familiar with this in-depth process of ramen, our customers can even more enjoy our ramen.
Each ramen shop usually focuses on one of the four ramen broths because of the time-consuming process with different kinds of noodles and ingredients. We, Yotaro Ramen will dedicate ourselves to the mission of challenging the all four broths on a daily basis and meet our customers’ needs.
